This lecture note was originally written in 2020 for an on-line course but the course was cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. The lecture note was never completed and updated slowly. In 2022, the development was completely terminated due to my retirement. At that time, qiskit was still in its early stage. Since then, qiskirt has changed significantly. Many examples in the original lecture note were not compatible with the new version of qiskit. I had no plan to update them, but recently I made quick changes so that the example codes work in qiskit 2.5. I hope it helps some people to learn quantum computing.
